This Privacy Policy describes how JustDrink! ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile game application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
JustDrink! is designed to work offline and does not require an account to play. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through normal gameplay.
- Device & usage data: Our app stores and analytics partners may collect anonymized data such as device type, operating system version, and crash reports to help us improve the App.
- Purchases: If you buy a JustDrink! Pro subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. We receive only the purchase status, never your payment details.
- Account & profile data: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we store your name, email address, and profile photo to identify your account across devices.
- Online play data: When you use online multiplayer features (lobbies, chat, emoji reactions), we collect your nickname, chat messages, emoji reactions, lobby membership, and device identifiers. This data is used to operate the online service and to enforce our community guidelines and ban policies.
2. How We Use Information
Any data collected is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App, diagnose technical issues, provide customer support, enforce our Terms of Service (including community conduct rules and ban policies), and ensure a safe online environment for all players.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, and subscription management providers) that process data according to their own privacy policies.
4. Children's Privacy
JustDrink! is intended for adults of legal drinking age. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect any information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
Account and profile data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile data is removed; however, ban records and associated identifiers may be retained indefinitely to enforce our community guidelines.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the App. To do so, log in, open Settings (top left), tap "Delete My Account", and confirm by entering your email address. Once confirmed, your profile information, account settings, and saved game data will be permanently removed.

Please note that ban records and associated identifiers may be retained even after account deletion to enforce our community guidelines.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
